After-sales parts supply period
The supply period of after-sales parts required for repair varies for each product, so please check our or the manufacturer’s warranty card.
However, parts supply may be suspended due to overseas circumstances or manufacturer’s reasons.
Please note that we may not be able to supply parts even within the supply period.

Warranty coverage and precautions
If a defect or failure occurs within the warranty period under normal installation and use conditions, we will send aftermarket parts free of charge.
The following are not covered by the warranty
(1) Defects or malfunctions caused by incorrect installation, use (cigarette fire, organic solvent, etc.), or repair *Please select the cold weather specification for cold climates.
(2) Damage caused by carelessness during transportation or installation.
(3) Defects or malfunctions caused by the combination with the installation frame or parts other than ours

(7) Installation or use outside of Japan
If there is no warranty card, or if the warranty card does not include the date of installation.
We do not reissue the warranty card in case of loss.
